We have a no return and no refund policy on all orders, as our products are consumable food items.
This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order has been placed, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To report an issue, you can contact us at meyumatcha@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If your request is approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including all food and ingestible products (such as matcha), as well as opened or used items. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any products.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. However, due to the nature of our products, opened or consumable items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where items are confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
