Lost or Stolen Packages
MEYU is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at meyumatcha@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will review and resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund Policy.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
